Authentication
The Estate of Keith Haring provides an Authentication service free of charge.
In order to have a work reviewed by the Authentication Committee you must
submit the following items:
1. A signed and completed copy of the Certification, Release and Indemnity
Agreement, for each work.
2. Clear 35mm photographs or transparencies of the work, and of any corresponding
signature and/or date. (Polaroids, photocopies, digital photos, electronic
files and computer print-outs are not acceptable.)
3. If you have any provenance information, documentation or any other information
concerning the work in your possession, please submit copies of this information
as well.
All materials must be received together, in one envelope. In order to receive
a copy of the Certification Agreement, and more detailed information on the
authentication process, simply e-mail or fax the Estate requesting this information,
making sure to include your mailing address, as the paperwork
will be sent out only by mail.
