6 PMLD students aged from 12 to 17 used objects with different textures or filled with different textures to print paint onto figures for a classroom display inspired by Keith Haring. They also created the background black paint dabbing brushes in a rhythm.

My 5th graders discussed what topics they considered important enough to provide a lasting legacy at their elementary school before heading off to middle school.

Several ideas were brainstormed and voted on. They decided that they wanted to showcase "sports and fitness" while showing haring style figures in motion.

"Action Painting" day camp participants (kids between 11-14 yrs) painted a Haring inspired mural on the wall of the village's railway station underpass, transforming an ugly gray concrete wall into a colourful piece of energetic art. The 3-day day camp ran for 5 hours per day, with 4 dedicated to art.

I am a fan of Haring Kids website and enjoy sharing it with people I know and children that I share my love of art with. This week, I taught some of my neighborhood kids (ages 4-11) about Keith Haring and his art. Each child created their own Haring inspired art work to take home with them.

As part of The Big Draw, a day of artist-lead drawing projects at Ivydale School in South London, illustrator Garry Parsons lead the Year 5 group in transforming the school reception area into Keith's POP SHOP, complete with house music and Haringesque badges to give away.

To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Keith Haring’s death, the Art department of Lauro Ikastola School in the Basque Country in Spain, recently organized a graffiti competition to promote reading. Students worked on the winning idea for three days

The project was split into several lessons. At the beginning the pupils got some information about Keith Haring We created some colorful Keith Haring paintings on the break court in front of our school. There are now two big paintings, where the children can do hop-games. The other paintings show typical school subjects like art.
