I'm an English teacher here in Brazil, so I made so my classrooms had contact with Haring's Artworks by printing a bunch of them and putting them on the walls, as soon as they settle down, I began asking them about the pieces, the colors, the messages, when and where did they think they were made and finally talked about our man and his story.

Art workshop for children from 6 to 12 years old.

The students of the middle school art lab worked on their own individual art works, inspired by Keith Haring's subway drawings.

Teens at Floral Park Public Library were asked to design two collaborative wall pieces inspired by the works of Keith Haring. The completed works will be framed and displayed in the young adult area of Floral Park public library.

After a dance lesson about statues, these youngsters looked at Keith Haring pictures and drew their own silhouettes on the asphalt outside their school.

This wonderful project celebrates freedom and Keith Haring at the same time, while helping students to understand what makes this country so unique and special.

These students from the UK learned all about Keith Haring before they began their own interpretive pastel posters. Afterwards, they wrote their opinions, reflecting on the imagery and their knowledge of Keith Haring. They posted it on their school web site for everyone to enjoy.
